Dapstep Ministries is all about worship! While there are songs we perform, any performance piece is done in the spirit of worship.
Dapstep Ministries was founded to provide a worship team to churches, fellowships, and groups with very few or no musicians.
We come fully equipped with a sound system, keyboards, microphones, laptops, iPads, iPods, projectors… everything needed to facilitate an interactive worship service. We have a CCLI license giving us access to all of today’s top worship songs as well as countless classics!
Our music ranges from the traditional to contemporary; hymns to praise. While our flavor is evangelical, we can definitely work with liturgical churches if a high church experience is preferred. Or… if a group is in need of a pianist, we have an instrumentalist who can fill in when your regular musicians are out.
While we believe in the inclusivity of all people regardless of gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or any of the other barriers that separate us, we use the traditional expressions of God as our Father, His son Jesus Christ – our Savior, and the Holy Spirit who constitute the Godhead.
Our belief system is a cross between Baptist and Pentecostal. Our theology, while Baptist is coupled by our love for charismatic worship. We fully believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit: His baptism, the speaking and interpretation of tongues, resting in the Holy Spirit, and the power of the Holy Spirit to engulf a people who have gathered together in the name of Jesus Christ.
But, differences in theology are not a barrier. Dapstep Ministries is all about worship!
